I just read an article about authors’ opinions on fan fiction and I’m shocked at how many authors hate the idea of fan fiction. I just always assumed that as long as a person was writing, and given some inspiration of creativity, that it was a good thing.

This just made me despise Stephenie Meyer even more, and I didn’t think I had any reserve of annoyance left for her or her series. Like, fuck you, most of the people writing fanfics about your books do a better job than you did yourself. I just do not understand how she can criticize anyone’s writing in any. fucking. way. Fame apparently fucked her head up after it got done with Kanye or something.
